MIDDLETOWN PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY (MPHA)

MISSION: “Serving the needs of low and moderate income residents in the City of Middletown area with affordable, decent and safe housing opportunities”.

The Middletown Public Housing Agency’s mission is to assist very low, low and moderate income families with affordable, decent and safe housing opportunities through the Housing Choice Voucher Program. MPHA also promotes self-sufficiency through offering participation in the Family Self-Sufficiency Program. We continue to help secure affordable, clean and decent housing to enable families to stay together or be reunited through the Family Unification Program. Families with disabilities are being assisted with housing through the Mainstream Program. Homeless Persons are being assisted through our Single Room Occupancy Program. MPHA also provide a Homeownership Program to assist in realizing the “American Dream…Homeownership”.
